Here are a few, there are probably a hundred more as to what made my mind up as well:

-Thomas Puzzo involvement.
-NRTI involvement
-faked Nulief launch at blum
-touted not once but twice that the officers were "continuing to buy their stock because they know a winner when they see one!", followed by very little officer buying, and then multiple officers selling. (Aka pump.)
-growmass fakeout
-GrowOp truck fakeout
-NB plants fakeout
-all the touting last year about "switching to MJ in 48 hours".
-Blum profiting heavily from all of this
-NB plants/VVs private companies profiting heavily from all of this.

Etc, etc, etc. I've typed it all before so I'm tired of typing it again. Just how I'm tired of reading terrible rebuttals as to why TRTC is NOT a share selling scheme and insider enrichment scheme.
