It seems REALLY stupid for them to hire a new audit firm and put out PR on the last couple of months of revenue if they weren't going to follow through on getting the K done. I would think they would be opening themselves up to lots of legal actions if they were doing this and lying. I tend to think the K is coming and that the company isn't dead.
