I suspect buyers are sitting on the sidelines waiting for revenues to mitigate risk. I guess people just like chasing these penny stocks up. Exactly what we saw during the 2014 green rush.

PRs will come when they will make a huge impact. Using them now will only cause temporary buying and then it will fizzle out without big revenues.
