Robodog, yes it is just a hypothesis; because big companies are known to get bigger when they buy the competition.

Oh, we have our shares and if there is an M&A in the works; we would hope Baltia's management wants the best price for the shares. If it were a stock for stock transaction, we could wake up one day or get halted mid-day for an announcement and if it were a stock for stock with UAL, our shares would be worth $58 to $60 per share immediately; if it is another big airlines, and its a stock for stock transaction we'd be trading immediately at their prices.

If it is money per share, we'd get that price for our shares.

Baltia has been working on this since 1989, I presume they're ready for action.

IF Baltia is a takeover target; we don't know who is buying these shares at these prices everyday; but it helps to get the best prices for the investors and management's shares. It is very good this stock is in .0037 to .0041 range....makes a potential buy much more lucrative with the lower float.

If current management is really wanting to run and manage the air line; then we wait for FAA and the revenue streams to begin and our pps will be whatever it's going to be, but it will run and then run again until it reaches a price that it deserves for being a cash cow.
IMO.

It is a huge win for us either way.

Position: long and strong purchase
