Your right dilution is a problem for alot of lower priced stocks. The thing with dilution is though once the number of people who want to be investors buy up all the diluted stocks waiting to be sold the only move is up. Interest is peaking in my opinion and the target is that 200 sma on the daily around 3.23. A close above that will show some true strength and a possible end to the dilution.
