I completely disagree with the technicals. To much manipulation and lack of financials to call this anything but a stinky pinky. Never forget this was touted as a marijuana play originally and that's the only thing putting Joe sux on the map. Does "desert plot" ring a hell bell! His lies, stealing, declaring bankruptcy, and screwing his horse have all led to the demise of this once promising venture. GLTA
