Besides the status of class action lawsuit mentioned by SURF44, other indications include (1) Umbisam and Unemon1 are no longer active on Yahoo Message Board and (2) GeoInvesting never boasts their "success" about Longwei.

If there are no ongoing settlement talks, U&U and GeoInvesting should be off the hook now. Correct? Why would these criminals keep silent? Don't forget they make a living by manipulating stocks on the message board.
