Right but to raise the $40 million the issues over 3,000,000 units that each convert to at least 20 shares... That another 60,000,000 shares of common or $30 million of market cap...

The units a very confusing to me but they seem to b a huge factor here. Supposedly seeking alpha is putting together an article to explain what they really mean, among other things...
