EFTI - EarthFirst Announces Participation in International Joint Venture7/7/03
TAMPA, Fla., Jul 7, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
EarthFirst Technologies, Inc. ('EFTI,'or 'the Company') (OTCBB:EFTI) announced today that it will participate in a joint venture between GWE Systems, Inc. and Proveedor Especilizado en Productos Ecologicos Reciclables International. The Company also announced today that it is managing EME Modular Structures, Inc. ('Modular') under a contract that is expected to lead to an acquisition of Modular by EFTI. Modular's concrete modular structure product line is produced and sold throughout the state of Florida. These modular units are relocatable and meet all building codes. The product line also includes factory-built concrete products for the Mexican and Latin American markets where hurricanes and earthquakes are also factors.
