The stock price being down might not be such a bad thing, if that TSA announcement comes this month. It's going to look lot more attractive to many even with the debt. Look at Apple they split a while back because they knew more people would buy in around 100 rather then 200+. We need shares to be gobbled up and at this price with a TSA PR of shipped orders I believe that will happen.
