Roni. In the interest of trying to understand can you outline a few examples of 'criminal ' behavior. You make it sound like Carlos ' took' the company from you. Why have you only bright this up since the summer ?

It's been since 2012 since Carlos took the reigns?

Why is it you blame Carlos but BK has had his shady hands on dealings, money grabbing and making loans like the one with Anon and you hadnt brought any negative tones or disagreements with that? It's inly Carlos Carkos Carlos? Did you lose your Cadillac in a bet?

My opinion. Yes Carkos should have been on top of the dealings and such but shed some light to all of us on examples of criminal activity.
And don't just say ' he bought the commonly illegally' There is no reference and its hearsay. Enlighten us.
