Couch, the signal is aimed at PEOPLE, the PPHM BoD. I understand that you have a point here.

But in your post you clearly distinguish between the people that do not live up to your expectations (you expect a letter and explanation behind the one given to you in the brochure, a sign of respect, etc) on one side and on the other side you support and stand behind the companies program and fight against cancer, including your believe in the science (say Bavituximab pipeline and IP).

So, from where I stand that stand-point can be made clear by GIVING the COMPANY the means through the 175Mil shelf in proposal #3 to secure their operations over the next years and increase their fight against cancer and acknowledgement and approval of Bavituximab, by voting YES

....while at the same time....

expressing your, certainly grounded, dissatisfaction with the lack of communication, letters or even respect if you want to call it so, by voting NO to proposal #1 which is about PEOPLE, those people you want to signal to that you do NOT endorse the way they are currently treating their shareholders.

THE BIGGER THE GAP BETWEEN 'NO VOTES on #1' and 'YES VOTES on #3' the STRONGER the signal that is being send. And sending a signal is what you wanted to do, not risking to cripple the companies finances and fight against cancer, wasn't it.

A NO on #1 and a YES on #3 is the expression of believe in the science and the fight against cancer and the mal-contentedness about the way the BoD treats shareholders. That is a SIGNAL, the rest is a RISKY GAME in this stage of things so short near the end-line of SUNRISE approval.
