David George is a share selling schemer who is actually convicted. When I found that out over a month ago I knew this was not going to go anywhere. You can look up his cease and desist letter from the state of Tennessee and his place of business is out of a home in Tennessee and the letter from the state of Tennessee actually specifies that. David George is the one who has the virtual office registered in his name in Nevada. Like I said going back to the beginning of all this I believe they knew at that time that the merger plans were garbage but they need to continue to sell their shares.
Hipple is also dirty.
Manos won't even surrender his webpage or take his name down as the president and CEO of a company that he no longer owns.
The only bad thing I can find on John Griffin is a complaint on line about him and A couple of his buddies trying to sell shares to a marketer that was going to do some work for them. The guy complained that he felt it was a scam and they were trying to get him to buy $100,000 worth. In the online complaint they were trying to sell AHFD.
