Parts are not always just parts.

The two versions of the A9 from Samsung and TSMC. When pushed hard the TSMC 16nm though larger runs longer and cooler. If the results are reproducible and battery time under stress i.e. video playing -recording is that different apple has set itself up for a class action suit. IMHO; very hard for apple to avoided this short of using one in the 6s Vs. the other in the 6S plus.
