Redwood is the real winner. They get 10% on their 50k, plus when it matures they get their equity at 55% of the lowest PPS within 20 days of the maturity. That converts to 1.2 billion shares at this PPS.....or about 10% of the company.

I'd have taken a loan out to buy into that deal.
