The problem is that keyboards are not compatible with the Russian language.

You can always find a web site that will translate your message.

But an English keyboard's characters do not match Russian characters.

So what to do?

Phone?

But why would they talk straight to an American who isn't even an investor in their company?

I think that Energomash would shy away from discussing their business to strangers.
