You don't understand; It is illegal for any company to use an official address in their SEC filings that does not in any way belong to that company. The Henderson address that has been used throughout the history of SOLO INTL. was not, is not, and never will belong to SOLO INTL. It is not a "virtual office", as nobody there has any idea what "Solo International" is... including the property owner. Furthermore, the property owner has never done any business whatsoever with any company called "Solo International".
When you couple that with the fact that not a single one of the claims and mines supposedly owned by Solo and advertised in their filings actually exist; A quick match-up of claim maps with Google Earth establishes this fact, as one of the mines is apparently located on someone's personal driveway, between the house and the highway. I guess it's a good thing they're moving on from the REE and into oil!
