Those are just licensing agreements - there isn't a JV - neither Crayola or M&Ms have a financial commitment or obligation to ZMRK.

The big questions are why did Zale file the paperwork to cease operations in California.

Why haven't the retailers been announced?

Why hasn't Zale informed shareholders about the JTV lawsuit and settlement?

Why the silence from Zale?
