Becoming a fully reporting company is a hard thing to do. It's not cheap! And it's complicated. There are many reason why the form 10 could be withdrawn. I'm not saying it will, I'm just saying IMO it's likely. However that does not change my mind one bit about the company. I just happen to think they should be concentrating on other things. Like growing revenue streams. I'm a long term holder, come what may!
