I've owned this piece of garbage stock for several years now... through every fake, pump, junk PR run I have never seen it act like this. I don't see any dilution through this rise and the support at every level is impressive. Perhaps this is another over worded PR hoax to sell shares, but to me at least, it doesn't seem like it.
