It should have said the{y} did NOT have an agreement in place to sell last year's harvest.


Well, they lead us to believe there was an agreement with VPR to process the CBD oil which is the big money maker of the hemp harvest. Remember, they were going to setup a mobile processing operation somewhere close to the hemp field.
