Contrary to what has been posted over and over in the past the fact is....

Madison County entered into a contract in 2012 with JBI, Inc. ofNiagara Falls,
New York for recycling agricultural films and other plastics for which no other recycling
options are currently available. Pursuant to the agreement with JBI we have successfully
converted sixty tons of agricultural plastics along with other non-recyclable plastics into
low sulfur diesel fuel. The County desires to establish a facility located at the ARE Park
that will provide a regional solution to recycling these difficult agricultural waste
materials.
