Post Approval=Braeburn Buys TTNP

I just think they would be stupid not to do so.

If you take the present value of royalty and milestone payments Braeburn will make to TTNP over the next ten years, then add the present value of royalty payments they will make to TTNP for sales of the Camurus licensed products, then the present value of that alone probably equals $500-$700 million.

So add to that the value of a chronic pain indication for probuphine, ROW royalties for probuphine and adding another CNS product to their pipeline (their CEO has spoken of wanting to expand their CNS portfolio) with a potential similar to that of probuphine (i.e., Pro Neura for Parkinsons).

And then add the fact that they already own 10% of the company.

Just seems like a no brainer. If they are smart, post-approval they would move quickly with an offer in the $25-$30 a share range...to us shareholders it would be "too good to refuse," but long-term Braeburn would have bought the company for a steal.
