BULLSHIT!!! They were evicted from the offices. That is why they are no longer there. The suit for recovery was NOT "thrown out" but was merely "suspended" pending the completion of an agreed "settlement". wink

Dismissal Without Prejudice
When a case is dismissed without prejudice, it leaves the plaintiff free to bring another suit based on the same grounds, for example if the defendant doesn't follow through on the terms of a settlement.

The suit for recovery of the rent and damages is actually a separate action from the actual eviction. The eviction was the removal of the tenant (DeadbeatS r US) from their Corporate Headquarters.
