Us, Like you have been around here a while. Maybe you have inside info we dont have. We all know how much money was lost years ago on all the promised deals as they went public and never kept a promise and the whole thing crashed. All the initial investors that got it started, friends and family who lost out and felt scammed. All the Call center employees who had to sue to get paid. The lady who first provided the call center employees who was out huge amounts of money.. You as well as us know how many promises and LOI's have been promoted and nothing ever happened. I am both Hopeful and skeptical that something is actually happening to make this company worth something.

We see the financials an they have no money to actually acquire a profitable business without some kind of creative financing. We read they took over assets and liabilities. Are the Liabilities more than the assets? You really think its out of line to want to know more details? Did they buy it with stock shares that will now heavily dilute the company? Did they get an actual loan? Is the company profitable? I know, small details, but important to us.
