I got in at .0009 and my account says im up BIG TIME but I know its not reality yet, we will have to see if we get a .0013 bid, then I will really be up big time.
The news doesn't seem far fetched, it sounds like these guys want to spin off a division of their company to build a few houses in a effort to generate revenue.
Maybe its a total lie, maybe its not, building houses is not "far-fetched news" and the guy from Harmony Homes is legit you can look up Harmony homes I've already been digging around... These guys build homes, Im sure the guy can build a few homes, I know a 10-20 guys here that are "general contractors" and they know a crew than can build you a home...
At least I guess accredited investors shares would be restricted ... this seems like a much longer-term story than you are trying to make it out to be....
I wonder how you will post as this plays out to the upside...
They have identified projects, they have arranged contractors to do the projects, they have signed agreements with the contractor to be partners, now they just need to get the funding through the Class B shares that hopefully will be restricted for at at least 90 days.
