Low Grade & Bad Funding agreement sunk this.

Glad I sold @0.25

Took a loss here but could have been a lot worse.

Sometimes you've got to see the writing on the wall.
& when IR tells you they have about 10 problems and no capital.

Well it helps to call IR and ask questions.

Sometimes they are honest.
