Ok... lets say this is a real response. Dealing with a publicly traded Co. this quote stands out to me

Being involved in a public Co. denial is the first step before being public to cover your own ass!!!

I'm talking about liquid. Rich enough to have your own jet. Rich enough not to waste time. Fifty, a hundred million dollars, buddy. A player. Or nothing.
