Vegas, Simple answer,

If it is one, Then anyone buying new shares (like myself)
is screwed and anybody with old / previous shares were already screwed, except they could sell at 0001 and salvage what ever that brings.

And what if it's not?
over $10m in sales and even with all these shares... what
over 1/2 cent in Value, and with the newer sales may be pushing double that

Of course, it may be as many say, just a Fraud to Keep a ATM rolling, and if it is, they sure need to learn how to punp it, because they're not, weird don't you think?

And even if these are real sales and they're building a real company, then there's the problem of all those Preferred / Convewrtiable Shares that could sink us all over again (assuming we ever took off).

What I would propose... Let's say Mr. K has 2B convertable (and who knows who else), I would try and make a deal of let's say retire 1/2 of them right off the bat, and then let the price go's to .001, now retire 1/2 of that remaining, leaves him 500m?

Now let's say we hit .002, retire another 1/2 and we're down to 250m share, let him sell at that poing but not below .002 so he can't drive it back down, at .002 that's 1/2m dollars if he sold everything, or he could hold until it hits whatever,

If he waited until 2 cents... what $5m?

It's the only way I could see it work, if it ever does work and that's if the numbers we're seeing are real numbers and growing...

Now let someone else figure out how to reduce the common without a R/S
