Let me see if I have this right....

1. The company hasn't really sold anything to make money over the last two reporting periods according to the latest 10Q.

2. They have a 5 MILLION DOLLAR deficit according to the 10Q.

3. They pay the bills by issuing stock to lenders and themselves according to the latest 10Q.

4. According to the SEC filings on Sept 21 of this year a bunch of people acquired stock on or prior to Sept 21. On September 22, the company started issuing PR's and the stock rocketed. It looks like a ton of selling occurred during the pop....hmmmmm.

5. The stock is now falling and there doesn't seem to be any reason for it to go back up since they a). Aren't selling any product and b.) they have a 5 million dollar deficit.

Perhaps someone could tell me how they are going to pay salaries and bills for the coming reporting period? Because to me it looks like they are going to need to issue more stock and dilute to be able to do this. This is all information readily available on the OTC Markets website under SEC filings for RXSF.
