Keep the courage all. In the movie Beau Geste, Sgt. Markoff propped up the dead soldiers in the fort and placed their rifles out, in the turrets, to give the appearance of a greater strength than what was in reality. Thus Beau Geste is not just Michael Geste's nickname, but truly translated "beautiful gesture."
I can personally attest to this tag line used and the strategy performed during the Con-Con fight (The Constitutional Convention con job). It was mere handfuls of people that stopped forces backed by millions of dollars and connections. In the last hours, of the most dire battle facing this nation, three virtually anonymous folks put their faith in God Almighty and the victory was there.
"Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan ‘Press On’ has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race." – Calvin Coolidge
"I returned and saw under the sun that: The race is not to the swift, Nor the battle to the strong, Nor bread to the wise, Nor riches to men of understanding, Nor favor to men of skill; But time and chance happen to them all." - Eccl 9:11
"When in doubt, empty the clip."
