The brand owning entity is a private Corporation and the principals are now in the market for an individual or private equity firm to come in and take a position of 5-15% of overall equity. The benefactor principals will invest the majority of the proceeds back into the brands growth and development.

The KOMA Unwind® Liquid Relaxation®, KOMA Unwind® Sugar-free Liquid Relaxation® brand was the second relax drink introduced in the USA. Starting in 2009 the brand has consistently grown in recognition and accomplishments. Some of the notables: Featured in J-Lo music video, first relax drink introduced in Walmart, Women’s Health magazine, Wall Street Journal report, CNBC Magazine (EU) Bloomberg News, Top 3 Relax drinks featured in Oprah Magazine.

Looks like they're trying to sell off part of DLR. People have been warned for years the BBDA doesn't own the trademarks and now it's out there for anybody still holding to see. The BBDA shell is about to be parked in the garage for good and anybody left in the passenger seat is going to lose what little money they have left.
