I'm not sure I'd call it stealing... I mean he does need to be paid for his work and it's clear the cash was not there to do that properly. I mean, it is his business though publicly traded it is for all intensive purposes a privately held company at this point..

I've always known David is the big share holder in everything... he calls all the shots in an Omnipotent Manner.
