Harassment doesn't cause this company to miss financial filing deadlines.

Harassment doesn't cause this company to lie about reimbursing the Series C shares.

Harassment didn't cause the (former?) IR company to browbeat and abuse shareholders. Ironically, harassment is exactly what they were doing. What happened to them, by the way?

Harassment doesn't cause this company to lie about government contracts. Or production facilities. Or PV's involvement, when in fact he was still involved. Or nonexistent patents.

No, harassment is a mighty poor excuse. Face it, this is just another pinksheet scam with a make-believe business.
