I hope so, that is not addressing any of the issues. But just a refresher:

1. Shorty is still responsible
2. The A's and B's are held by NMGL
3. Question as to whether the A's and B's still exist
4. Question as to whether NMGL still exists or has it been merged into another enitity
5. Whether that new entity still maintains the A's and B's
