I had a very long conversation with Chris Irons within hours of the time the company first mentioned HTF was being utilized. I was very pleased with the development. The use of HTF enhanced the operations of the processors and there were other positive implications in processing a new hydrocarbon feed stock source I had not been aware of previously.
From recollection, I believe in early December 2013 there was a conference call(prior to the breakdown) and John discussed on that conference call he was experimenting to determine the optimum ratio of plastic feed stock to HTF feed stock.
I was in regular contact with the company at the time and questions were always answered forthrightly, but always within disclosure constraints imposed by regulators. I was always very aware used oil was a component of the hydrocarbon feed stock.
My opinion is the capability to process used oil remains very beneficial from many perspectives, especially for PTOI.
