Very true Veronica. But these events are essentially free and require nothing more from Margrit and MRIB to put up a case or two of Marani and in the process creates the illusion that MRIB is still operating while it's clearly evident there is no on going sales or operations. And remember, MRIB is still in default in Nevada and under an FTB suspension in California and both situations have yet to be remedied in what has now been quite a few months. As I've said before, as I read it, MRIB must be in good standing with the states in order for their liquor license to remain in effect and it should also be noted that any distributor and/or retailer that purchases from an unlicensed seller is subject to closure and heavy fines. So I really don't see how MRIB could even sell legally unless I missed something in the statute.
