Sounds very much like Vinny's "Medbox" dispensing system which started his con at that company.

In all his years at Medbox, Vinny only delivered one dispensing machine while falsely booked revenue on dozens or even hundreds more which led to massive restatements in the financials.

Wonder if Vinny will be making numbers up out thin air again?

Magic 8 ball says "very likely" imo.
