I think Garnick speaks for himself. If he thought the trial looked bad he would throw the Sunrise kill switch.

Reality is that while Garnick has an impressive resume before PPHM since he signed on as a consultant in October 2009 his record has been less than stellar. Under his watch the stock price has gone from $3.40 when he was hired as a consultant to the current price of $1.08. Under his watch we have had several trials changed to signal seeking trials, we have had Cotara put on the shelf, and we have had one botched trial while no real deal has been made. We also are still waiting for the HCV to be presented at a major conference as stated in 2012. Needless to say 22 months into BAVI and mgmt still selling ATM shares near record lows and stock price at $1.08 says all you need to know. The rest is all noise. NEXT!
