like we said just before the SCOTUS denial: if granted, V will come from a position of strength, if denied, from a weakened position. But, but it matters little if coming from strength or weakness, if Z gets an injunction on its US business.
Q. is wether Z will continue to fight indefinitely past R/S etc. or take advantage of post-denial and bargain for more favorable terms. Much will depend on Kaplan's response to all this.
