Because from what I see on here, they're not paying their bills. If they can't pay their bills, how can they buy land. The loan extension is to REPAY the loan. The city sold the land for $1.3M, I believe, and Bionitrogen is SUPPOSED to be paying $700,000, so that's about $2M of the loan paid. So they still owe 2 or 3 million just to the city of Perry. There have been a few posters saying Bionitrogen owes them money. Annon says they owe them money. One poster looking into the constant changing of accountants and legal representation stated it was because of lack of payment. HOW CAN THEY BUY LAND?? IF THEY DON'T OWN LAND HOW CAN THEY BUILD A PLANT?? IF THEY CAN'T BUILD A PLANT HOW CAN THEY MAKE MONEY??
