Monkeyfrog they bought and did not lease the land. The owner was an elderly lady who had been there for a very long time. As we all found out after the NO trip it turns out that ProGas owned some of the other lots/buildings. So it would be interesting to see how much of that whole block down there is now owned by the Phoenix Companies.

The purchase included the house and several outbuildings which I believe are a guesthouse and a garage..don't know what the other buildings are.

Bottom line is that they got a great price and the land and buildings are an investment as are all the other deals Phoenix gets into.
