Re:stocktigerdotcom so when do you plan on selling

babygrl42,

am not sure yet will see how the chart does with consolidation.

have not looked at this board much but you can see the huge number of posts which often is a sign of too much bullishness.

The company has 373 million outstanding shares so market cap now $27 million with no sales or income. That would be OK but they have an additional 1.6 BILLION shares authorized that they can begin selling when they wish that would make the market cap soar unless the stock price were to drop.

I really do not follow the company itself - only the chart so am not down on the company. Maybe they will have some good news on another of their products. It is just that the stock is now up 700% in the last month so there are a lot of gains to protect and if they decide to lock in gains there door out is not so big. The stock may be stable with anticipated news but the news is not new as they had it in the 10Q as shown below. With such a big run up this may be a "sell the news" situation.

If the company said they thought this drug would be a good money maker then that would be more positive but what they wrote is:

"It is anticipated that sales of our product NICOSAN(TM), a sickle cell drug, will commence in Nigeria in the second or third quarter of 2006. Initially, it is not anticipated that revenues will be significant but they should help in covering the costs of the operation."

Covering the cost of operations is great but does it justify the move so far? Maybe as fundamentals are not my bag...

If the stock takes off again it will be clear and very easy to get in but if it were to pullback it can be much faster and not so easy to get out as this is an OTC stock so MMs can just remove the bid.

Buying in quiet times and selling in wild times makes profits and that is the purpose of trading.

This was the start..and our buy point

If the stock can consolidate several days and build another base it may make another move but understand this now is momentum based. Doing some day trading to capture 10% moves is one way to build profits in consolidation.
