outside of the rambus issues what is the progression for intel?

PC100 SDRAM - 400 mhz FSB
PC133 SDRAM - 533 mhz FSB
PC2100 DDR - 400 and 533 mhz FSB? I know ddr was used with PIII and P4 maybe it was only 533?
PC3200 DDR - 800 mhz FSB

meaning that if you ignore memory types they did 100, 133, 200 and AMD did 100, 133, 166, 200. Since Intel didn't use the 166 memory types how is that mainstream?
