Ultimare, if the company mention anything about increasing a/s I'am voting no, why, because this management team is not using all the proper skills and knowledge to keep the pps up in double or higher single dollar range. where as the company could use some of the floating shares as needed to help fill in at time when revenue is short. Seem like the company is always using shares instill of revenue to keep this company going. If you're going to be begging for shares, that might mean the best is not being use to generate profitable and sustainable revenue.

Plus why are management team being slick by paying away large sums of raise capital to family and friends, and call it consultant fees and other kind of pay or fee. Next turn around and put them on the payroll or pay them 10 of thousands of dollars for a company that is not generate profitable or sustainable revenue. IMO Seem like some of the raise funds are being use for embezzlement. $40 mils is a lot of money to be screwing around with. Then asking shareholders to foot the bills.

All in my opinion of course.
