Wonder if ZTE is submitting a low ball settlement offer as we speak... That's what I'd do if I were in there shoes..."hey Cohen/Perlman, tough day at the office huh?? How about we write you a check for ____ and we put this behind us... Global license and end of all litigation?? Sound good??"
Knowing ZTE, they probably bought a few million shares today at $0.36 before they submit the settlement offer... (That's not something I would do -- because it's illegal and unethical -- but ZTE Seems to play by a different compass)...
