There is only one person in the entire world that knows the complete and full technical details of both MRK's Keytruda and $ONCS IP+IL12. And only one person in the entire world that could convince the FDA that the Combo of Keytruda plus EP+IL12 does NOT need Safety P1 and Tolerability P2A clinical trials.

That one person in the entire world is $ONCS CSO Dr. Pierce. Therefore Dr. Pierce, and Dr. Pierce alone convinced the FDA to test the Combo as a Pivotal 2B which is now underway as a 41 person P2B at the UCSF.
