The bottom line is money is money to these guys and they don't give out away easily. The CEO will get his money back during this offering and that means the PPS will be $1 or more and I'm out and onto the next one.



Getting money back would require that he put in money in the first place.

How much of his holdings did he pay for himself, and how much was given to him?
