10-q: two employees, $25m debt, $4m on product/$4000 sales
Plus a lot of recent stock dilution and vulture financing.

My math says this is terrible management and
very little chance a fortune 500 would pay $20m as a first year deal.
Companies would start with a small order to see how it goes.

Too many red flags here.
How can two people spend so much with so little to show.
.... ONE maybe real customer after 2 years.
