But New York has ZERO to do with Hemp, inc in Spring Hope, and before you respond, take the time to look up rail freight costs and tractor trailer costs to ship this stuff. The rule is you cube out before you weight out. That's important with this stuff.
You also have to ship through states where its illegal. Maybe they will give that a pass--maybe not. I don't think Warren Buffet will take kindly to his rail road investment vis-a-vie rail cars and locomotives being sequestered in some state awaiting a judicial outcome. No Sir--pass on the freight, don't need it. Tractor trailers too, what guy or gal wants to be incarcerated in New Jersey with their truck who knows where.
And what insurance carrier is going to insure against damage in transport--none that I can find. So those large bast fibers which is the money end of an economically skinny deal to start with--they get crunched-- money goes bye-bye. Cat litter. Hay.
Bruce knows this.
So we will see how he handles it with his next round of excuses as to why the plant won't be processing anything of economic consequence.
OBTW, stock touched 4/10ths today. (pre split dollars of course) He's doing a hellava job!
